Sydney’s The Wild Rover has confirmed details for this year’s Irish Whiskey Fair, to be held at the start of March.
A range of representatives from Irish producers and brands will gather to pour samples across two sessions on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 March.
Aimed at both the public and hospitality, the event is an extension of the Irish whiskey bar’s in-house whisky club, The Whiskey Co-Op. The Co-Op holds free tastings for members each month but The Irish Whiskey Fair is open to everyone.
The Saturday session will run from 12pm-5pm, with the Sunday session to take place 2pm-6pm. Tickets are $50 and include ten whiskey tastes, snack food and a Whiskey Co-Op tasting glass.
There will also be whiskey-based cocktails available to purchase on the day.
Tickets go on sale Thursday 16 February at 9am from here.
