Tasmania's Sullivans Cove have today released two new single casks, one French oak tawny 'blue label' and one American oak ex-bourbon 'black label' release.
The French oak is single cask TD0196 and is a 12-year-old matured in a 3oo litre barrel. At 47.7% it yielded 385 bottles. The American oak is the same age, drawn from 200 litre cask TD0169 it yielded 270 bottles at 47.6%.
Both have been bottled under Sullivans' new unflocked and unfiltered process.
The French oak is retailing for$550 and the American for $330, both available from the distillery direct.
